There are a lot of people excited for a new
Harbinger in Natlan. There are some Leakes saying no Harbinger will be playable in Natlan. while
we shouldn't take unconfirmed Leaks seriously, Capitano won't be playable anytime
soon because like Dainsleif and Pierro, He too is from Khaenri'Ah. That means there
is a chance they will save him for later, also Genshin loves to save super strong
characters for later like Dainsleif and Skirk, and we can all agree Capitano is one of
the strongest non-Archon character and there are still no confirmed leaks about
Dottore or Columbina entering Natlan. So. there is a chance they might be saving all
the rest of the Harbingers for Snezhnaya..
