In a new court filing, FTX has rejected Three Arrows Capitals $1.53 billion bankruptcy claim, calling the losses self-inflicted and urging the court to disallow it entirely. 3AC must now file a response by July 11th with a hearing set for August 12th. This follows a judge's early approval allowing 3AC to increase its claim 10fold. Oh yes, the fur is flying. Very interesting..
