i'm Zaki i'm the head of global marketing for Bloom um I will be your host for this week's session nick here is our guest for today he is our amazing SMM and content lead for Bloom there are some stuff that we're going to talk about today the first one I mean we roll out the leaderboard section so if you guys open the Telegram mini app in the France menu you can open it and then in there you will be able to see the top 50 ranking for both the blue points um and the meme points and then you will also be able to see how you rank yourself so hopefully you know by showing this um to you guys you will have more imagination or or illustration how much you can get can expect to get or you know how much you can even do more before the the TG is is actually starting and also I think the leaderboard is part of our constant commitment to be transparent with um you know you guys community and users we just put it um in the open we don't keep it to ourselves everything is transparent the second one I think in terms of chain as you guys already know I think couple weeks ago we have enabled Solana for the trading bot and then next we also are going to enable another chain soon we are thinking to to add BNB chain so for some of you guys who have been strong supporter of BNB please stay tuned with us and try to use our product when we have the BNB chain enabled so we are working on having a web tool for launching token so this is pretty much what you guys have in the meme pad but right now we only have it in the Telegram Mini version right and we understand that for some people um they still prefer to use the website version and that's why we are building it working hard to to make it happen as soon as possible for the meme pad as well there's going to be other chain supported instead of only one but it will be available for the web version while for the TMA telegram media app it will be exclusively for another thing that we're building is a separate mobile application I think in the beginning we decided to launch on you know telegram mini app because it's a very powerful tool it's a very simple way for people to access crypto within their fingertips but eventually we also want to more sophisticated kind of product and so a dedicated and a separate mobile application um is pretty much needed and we are working on that i mean obviously there's no crypto if there's no perpetual i mean people like leverage so we are also going to have perpetual trading this is going to be available on both the the TMA and the website version and then there is a new thing that I think uh we announced yesterday right uh Nick it's about the listing the first project being hash so listing is pretty much how you see in central exchange is um you know we can support new token and then people will be able to trade it on both the meme path interface and the trading bot interface for hash um it's the first case for us we also going to be having trading campaign for this so please stay tuned and there will be you know much more coming up very very soon maybe you can start by sharing how you got into crypto you know what kind of role or work um that you did before Bloom and why you decided to join Bloom uh and maybe also a little bit of your impression of working with us so far so I've been working in crypto for for seven and more years previously I worked in banking sphere and popular banks as a client manager made some meeting meetings with clients and so on so my story in crypto is about that my old friend with whom I had not contact for a few years contacted me and we had a meeting and he told that he found recently a job with the goal of it to support guys on telegram chats yeah and it was fully remote so this was a surprise for me because there was before covid times and so on and remote job was something amazing and undiscovered so the main idea was to support telegram channels of uh ICO projects there was ICO boom in 2018 and um payments were monthly in Ethereum those time Ethereum was about less than $200 so I just tried because it was uh different new for me something really new and interesting so and I enjoyed this wipe style here comes the eighth year of my career i started from support then moved to community management and for now I'm leading SM and Bloom uh I think about the most difference between web two and web 3 is about lifestyle yeah because usual traditional job asks you to be open for some working tasks from 9 to 5 p.m or 6:00 a.m yeah and I think uh working web three is about lifestyle as you know like crypto sleeves so you should be open for some urgent tasks yeah some tasks on weekend and this is not only related to bloom this is about all the industry i think this is the most difference and of course uh internet industry is different with different rules with different topics so I en enjoy this style and regarding Bloom I really like the scale of this project i like the founders and co-founders people who are behind them i met them several times in conferences and were inspired by the their careers and I had a dream to work with them closely dreams come true i'm enjoying this position and this lifestyle that's very insightful right because I think there's probably a lot of people in the audience who are you know interested to having a career in crypto and they are still finding ways you know in doing that hearing from your story you know it seems like you've come very very far you started from being a support right if I'm not mistaken for an ICO project and then you change it to community um then now you becoming you know the SMM content lead for the best or one of the best crypto startup last year and this year it shows that you know sky's is the limit for everybody as long as you have the dedication to make your dream come true then um you can make it happen but also I think if you are interested in working in crypto you just have to realize that the time commitment here is super different compared to if you are working in web Because well it's 24/7 the market never closes we don't have you know circuit breaker kind of situation for crypto market there's like urgent things that we need to do then you just need to be ready especially if you are working in either in the marketing team or maybe in the tech team of any high growth crypto project then you just need to be prepared for that coming back to your role right now in bloom as the SMM and content lead what do you exactly do on a daily basis so first of all I'm leading the whole strategy of our publications across all our social media and we plan some publication in advance of course we have some urgent publications and uh I try to spread my vision on how the social media should be like and try to mix memes with some product information with important updates some guidelines and so on in this case I imagine me as well as a part of community and which type of posts will be interesting for me if there will be only product posts it will be boring right if there will be some on memes so it it will be unformal and not contain any useful information about the product so this is about balance and proportion between each types of content so on a daily basis we're just u syncing with our colleagues on uh what should we post today what should we post tomorrow and so on and creating some initiatives activities and uh having conversation with our amazing community how do you ensure that bloom as a project can get the reach that we want through our content and social media because I think when it comes to social media and content we're not only competing with exactly similar project like bloom right meaning we don't only compete with you know decentralized exchanges we don't only compete with other trading bot or other meme pad because pretty much all of crypto projects they have twitter um they have telegram right they have YouTube channel so everybody's just competing for this so-called attention right and attention span how do we ensure that the content that we get can get the reach um that we want so first of all it's really important to understand that communities attention is really expensive yeah and uh it's really hard to attract attention for a long time so we need to surprise our community each time or to try to surprise at least so the main idea is that uh we need to bring volume to our community so each post everything we are posting should be really insightful have some information on which will be useful for our community or it will be fun to share this should be not like basic posts so the main idea here is to provide volume or maybe some fun content and just to try to to surprise our community in different ways and support of course uh the other way is to support the latest trends so if we see for example that everyone is discussing the meme with my morning with guy yeah who wasted almost 5 hours at the morning for his usual routine we see that whole internet is talking about this of course we need to make some creatives from our side as well or maybe about recent market drop we see like Ethereum drop down to minus 10 or more% we need to make some meme on this to support that to show that we understand the pain behind this and so on so yeah we should be really close for our community and make interesting things to be on trend and uh have great views and impressions for Bloom i think lately we have so many campaigns right um and I think there's still one that we haven't announced but will be announced very soon as a content lead as an SMM lead how do you ensure that we will get the result that we want you know how do you strategize making the content for each type of campaign for the first part of your question about some initiatives for community I really like the idea of rewarding and create some activities for community because it makes it uh loyal and have some interesting stuff for example limited merge or some uh limited NFTs collection when you participate in these type of campaigns you really understand that uh you're a part of a big community and have some uniq limited prizes but this is not about uh just to share tokens and distribute uh rewards in USDT or in other tokens just for some questions so this looks like you're trying to buy your audience your community and this uh is not working in a long way the main idea is to have some uniq and interesting and uh have initiatives like for example usak creating some campaigns when we creating new products or have some partnerships listings or some collaborations with other top products there's always a space for creativity yeah with some interesting campaigns for community to be active and uh to be active in this space will be really interesting to have some new campaigns and new approaches which we can use and which will provide the benefits for our community we have a lot of releases campaigns are coming soon since you are a leader of a team right you are no longer an individual contributor only how do you ensure that your team member can can keep their creativity alive because we are probably living in a time where you know things going very fast especially if you're working in crypto as we mentioned before it's 24/7 you just need to be ready anytime you need to be very tactical and sometimes it can be the opposite of being creative right because creativity probably takes a bit more time instead of you know being pushed to deliver very quickly how do you ensure or how do you balance between these two first of all I want to really thank you to my amazing team it is a honor for me because all of our guys are really creative initiative this makes my work a lot of much easier and um I think um that uh the main idea is to be always in trend to be a part of crypto industry as I told at the beginning ketus is about lifestyle during your free time you are checking some telegram channels and news in the industry and see on this how we can make something cool in this area how we can share this information with our community at the same time to not being bal boring and so on how we can uh like surprise our FM right so regarding my team I think we have each of us some benefits yeah and some super powers so it makes sense by strategic vision just to determine each of the uniq possibilities of each team member yeah and just to divide to ask our team members ers to do what they really want to do and uh in this way where they can do their work with the highest quality as possible and because we are all different in the team and overall like all people different and they have some some interests it is most important just to divide what people are more like in their job and the finally I'm happy that I should not asking to do what they don't want to do or asking them to work because each of us are centered on their career on opportunities even and we all really like working in this project because we see its power its potential to growth what's our general strategy in growing our Bloom community or maybe if there is some new plan in the pipeline when it comes to the community um in the next one month or two months maybe you can share a little bit about this our approach is the community to be open to be fair yeah and try to explain some different things in a simple words right so because it's needed to understand that with our audience with more than 90 million of users of our mini app right and with tens of millions followers across all our social media there are really different people so this can be some newbies to crypto they can't be professional traders they can be airdrop hunters or digents we need to try tell briefly concise and uh share the real alpha the real insights when you understand that you read the post and you received something useful for you some useful information inside or maybe you discovered the link to participate in contest where you can win rewards for your trading uh experience and so on so this is all about volume we try to provide much volume less unusful information and just to make it fun and different as well as uh for example just imagine when you have weekend and uh you want to have a rest from your working routine and you're just scrolling your social media just to try to find some fun some memes and you see like the official post like we're adding a new feature this is how it works yeah this is not suits so in this case yeah we need to abduct and think will it be interesting for us to watch this publication at the right time so this is the main idea still have the 10 questions that we are going to answer live today why is there so little fan content in Bloom there are [ __ ] post but there used to be more meme at me so we really try to add more fun content and [ __ ] posting we see that [ __ ] postings [ __ ] posts are receive more feedback from community i think the main thing for us because we are startup yeah we have a lot of things to tell answer explain how it works we have really like calendar on what we did not share it for now and we plan to do it and as I can see during the working week we can't uh share pretty much posts I mean more than five or six yeah because we have really high load and and co-arketing posts some events and so on and of because our working resource is limited yeah we are not robots yet so when will the Bloom team be more transparent we only see them on streams like this and guest bloggers i hope I I understand the question more so actually even offline we were not shy in showing our faces team um our founders me included we usually are present during conferences or side event we also even create our own side events if you guys are interested in you know speaking with us directly maybe providing feedbacks asking questions feel free to do so i mean if you guys are based in country uh where it happen to have conference in which we are present in I mean feel free to reach out to us directly and and speak we never are shying away from questions we're also not an anonymous team so everybody's docked here pretty transparent is there a full-fledged DEX plan since its inception we want to create a decentralized trading infrastructure perhaps we can say that the current products that we have the trading bot the meme path is perhaps like a building blocks to eventually going to be a full-blown tax the answer is just we're going to have a full-fledged tax we're going to have multiple chain in it as well and we going to have different platforms so it will be on website it will be on separate mobile application also so we already have you know the telegram version of our platform what is the reasoning behind the choice of the current criteria for TGE basically the minimum criteria that we put is a mechanism to you know navigate these civil situation right because the we don't want to make it too easy so that the civil will receive the majority of the airdrop so with the min minimum criteria that we put hopefully none of the civil and we are confident none of the civil will receive the airdrop so actually we put this minimum criteria to protect the true supporter and true users of bloom because you don't want to split your allocation with sibil right because cible they have probably millions of different account and so if you need to split your allocation to this millions of fake users then your part will be much smaller we've done hard work in determining this uh minimum criteria so that there's no civil um is um you know receiving the airdrop and then obviously with the meme points there as well we also want to give additional reward for the users who are also using all of our products because the fact is we do need feedback from initial users right and without initial users we we don't know like what can be improved from the from the product itself we are showing our appreciation to the users who have been using our products um as initial supporters by putting meme points into the criteria blue is all about trading we told that we are trying to be the one app for trading on multiple chains to be in Telegram to combine DEX and sex experience so in this case active users are really supporting and for example for example just trying once to interact with all the features of the products yeah to receive good air drop during my free time I also participating in some air drops and I saw previous experience like with starknet layer zero sync yeah and uh all good rewards for some onain actions as well because we are open to our community we shared the minimal criteria in advance and we help you guys to to be eligible for the this minimum criteria very good point we announced the minimum criteria before the snapshot actually happening right and and that shows that we are actually transparent uh with you guys so if you think that um you still have some some parameters that uh you need to complete to be eligible then you still have time um to do it right it's not like we decided and then there's no more chance for you to to be
