Bloom So later on he will be sharing his story how you know he end up with crypto um how he joined Bloom um and you know what he thinks of um working in Bloom so far Um and prior to that I will be updating you guys with you know some news from our site Uh we have some new product releases uh we have new campaigns uh and obviously you know we have you know published the teaser for our um Um yeah so the first one I mean we roll out the leaderboards uh section So if you guys open the Telegram mini app um in the France menu um you can open it and then in there you will be able to see uh the top 50 uh ranking for both the Bloom points um and the meme points Um and then you will also be able to see um you know how you rank um yourself Uh so hopefully you know by showing this um to you guys you will have you know more um imagination or or illustration um how much um you can get uh you can expect to get or you know how much you can even um do more uh before the the TGE is is actually um starting Um and also I think the leaderboard is uh part of you know our um constant commitment to be transparent with um you know you guys uh community and users So we just put it um in the open We don't keep it to ourselves Um you know everything is transparent uh with Bloom Um yeah that's the first one Um the second one I think in terms of chain um as you guys already know um I think couple weeks ago uh we have enabled um you know Solana uh for the trading bot um and then next we also are going to enable another chain soon Um you know we are thinking to to add BNB chain So for some of you guys who have been you know a strong supporter of uh BNB um you know please stay tuned with us um and try to use our product when we have the BNB chain um enabled So yeah that's leaderboard that's new chain um also I think just going to list out some of the you know product that we are working on right now Um so we are working on having a web tool for launching tokens So this is pretty much uh what you guys have um in the memead Uh but right now we only have it in the telegram minia version right um and we understand that for some people um they still prefer um to use the uh you know the website version um and that's why we are building it uh working hard to to make it happen as soon as possible Um for the meme pad as well um there's going to be um you know other chain supported um instead of only one uh um but it will be available for the web version uh while for the TMA um telegram media app it will be exclusively u for talk um another thing that we're building is a separate uh mobile application um I think uh in the beginning we decided to launch on you know telegram mini app uh because it's a very powerful tool uh it's a very simple way for people to um you know access um crypto within their fing fingertips Uh but eventually we also want to you know more sophisticated kind of products um and so you know a dedicated and a separate mobile application um is pretty much needed uh and we are working on that Um the fourth part I mean obviously you know there's no crypto uh if there's no perpetual I mean people like leverage Um so we are also going to have uh perpetual trading Um this is going to be available on both the the TMA um and the website version Um and then there is a new thing that I think uh we announced yesterday right uh Nick uh it's about the listing um the first project being uh hash So listing is pretty much um you know like you know how you see in central exchanges um you know we can support um new token and then people will be able to trade it um on both the meme path interface and the trading bot interface um for hash um it's the first case for us um we also going to be having a trading campaign for this um so please stay tuned um there Uh how you doing uh hey Zaki thanks for warm introduction and sharing the latest updates I think most of our guys are really interested on what's interesting happening in Bloom What are our next steps yeah And uh next uh features Yeah So thanks for introducing me as features as well Nice to meet you as well Uh yeah I have been as always very productive day and good mood So yeah a pretty great uh time comes for us and for our community Yeah Uh because our TG air open listings are planned on this uh spring Yeah And there's a little time left Yeah So I'm kind of been inspired and uh Yeah How about you awesome Uh I'm good as well I mean I'm very pumped to be you know the host for this week Um so I mean it's not enough about me Maybe let's just you know get into uh knowing Nick a bit more Maybe you can start by you know sharing um you know how you got into crypto Um you know what kind of role or work um that you did before Bloom Um and why you decided to join Bloom Uh and maybe also a little bit of your impression of uh working with us so far Okay Yeah sure So I've been working in crypto for uh for seven and more years Yeah And uh previously I worked in banking sphere in popular banks as a client manager So made some meeting meetings with clients and so on Uh so my story in crypto uh is about that my old friend with whom I had not contact for a few years uh contacted me and uh we had a meeting and uh he told that he found recently a job with and with the goal of it to support guys on telegram chats Yeah And it was fully remote So this was a surprise for me you know because there was before covid times and so on and remote job was something amazing and undiscovered Yeah So the main idea was to support telegram channels of uh ICO projects There was ICO boom in 2018 and um yeah payments were monthly in Ethereum Yeah those time Ethereum was about uh less than $200 Uh yeah so I just tried because it was uh different new for me Yeah something really new and interesting So and I enjoyed this wipe style and yeah here comes the eighth year of my career I started from support then moved to community management and for now I'm uh leading SM and uh Bloom So yeah uh I think about the most difference between web two and web three is about uh lifestyle Yeah because usual traditional job asks you to be open for some working tasks from 9 to 5:00 p.m or 6:00 a.m Yeah And uh yeah that's all And I think uh working web 3 is about lifestyle Yeah So as you know like cryptone so you should be opened for some urgent tasks Yeah Some tasks on the weekend Yeah And this is not only related to bloom This is about all the industry Yeah So I think this is the most difference and of course uh like internet industry is different with different rules with different topics Yeah So I en enjoy this style and regarding Bloom you know uh I really like the scale of this project I like the founders and co-founders people who are behind them I met them several times in conference and were inspired by the their careers and I had a dream to work with them closely Yeah So and uh dreams come true So I'm enjoying this position and this uh lifestyle Awesome Yeah I mean that that's very insight in insightful right because I think uh there's probably a lot of people in the audience uh who are you know interested to having a career in crypto uh and they are still finding ways uh you know in doing that I mean hearing from your story um you know it seems like u you've come you know very very far like you started you know from being a support right if I'm not mistaken for an ICO project um and then you know you changed the community um then now you becoming you know the SMM content lead for I would say uh the best or one of the best crypto startup uh last year and this year So it shows that you know sky's is the limit for everybody Um as long as you know you have um the dedication to make your dream come true then um you can make it happen Uh but also I think if you are interested in working in crypto you just have to realize that the time commitment here is super different compared to you know if you are working in web two because well it's 24/7 the market never closes like uh we don't have you know circuit breaker kind of situation uh for crypto market um so if there's like you know urgent things that we need to do then you just need to be ready um especially if you are working in you know either in the marketing team or maybe in the tech team of any you know high growth crypto project then you just need to be prepared for that Um all right so coming back to your role right now in Bloom as the SMM and content lead um what do you exactly do on a daily basis are you basically making you know a funny meme uh posting on Twitter and that's it or what do you do for Bloom exactly oh well so first of all I'm leading the whole strategy of our publications across all our social media Yeah and we plan some publication in advance Of course we have some urgent publications and uh yeah I try to spread my vision on how the social media should be like and try to mix memes with some product information with important updates some guidelines and so on So in this case I imagine me as well as a part of community and which type of posts will be interesting for me So if if uh there will be only product posts it will be boring right if there will be some u some on memes so it it will be unformal and not contain any any useful information about the product Yeah So this is about balance and proportion between each uh types of content right So on a daily basis we're just um syncing with our colleagues Yeah On uh uh what should we post today what should we post tomorrow and so on and creating some initiatives activities and uh having conversation with our amazing community Awesome Uh all right Thank you for the answer I guess as a follow-up question to that like how do you ensure that um you know Bloom as a project um can get the reach that we want through our content and social media because I think uh when it comes to social media and content we're not only competing with um you know exactly similar project like bloom right meaning we don't only compete with um you know decentraliz exchanges we don't only compete with you know other trading bot or other meme because pretty much you know all of crypto projects they have Twitter um they have telegram right they have YouTube channel um so everybody's just competing for um you know this so-called attention right and attention span um so how do you how do we ensure that um you know the content that we get um can get the reach um that we want if that makes sense u because there's so many competition out there uh for this yeah for sure So first of all it's really uh important to understand that uh communities attention is really expensive Yeah And uh it's really hard to attract attention for uh a long time So we need to surprise uh our community each time or to try to surprise at least Yeah So the main idea is that we need to bring volume to our community So each post uh everything we are posting should be really insightful have some information on which will be useful for our community or it will be fun to share Uh so this should be not like basic posts like just to just to fill the gap and so on So the main idea here is to provide volume or maybe some fun content Yeah and just to try to to surprise our community in different ways and support of course uh the other way is to support the latest trends Yeah So if we see for example that everyone is discussing the meme with u with my morning with guy yeah who wasted almost five hours at the morning for his usual routine Yeah And we see that whole internet is talking about this Uh of course we need to make some creatives from our side as well Or maybe about recent market drop Yeah we see like Ethereum uh drop down to minus 10 or more person Yeah we need to make some meme on this to support that to show that we understand the pain behind this and so on So yeah we should be really close for our community and make interesting things to uh be on trend and uh have great uh views and impressions Yeah Awesome Um yeah probably just last question regarding content um and SMM Um I mean for Bloom I think lately we have so many um campaigns right um and I think there's still one that we haven't announced but will be announced very soon um you know as a content lead as as an SMM lead um how do you ensure that you know we will get the result that we want um you know how do you strategize uh making the content for each type of campaign maybe you can um you know share about it a little bit because I think there are so many people trying to be a social media manager as the starting point when it comes to working in crypto right so they are probably curious how they can be a successful social media manager basically Yeah So the first for the first part of your question about uh some initiatives for community Yeah So I really like the idea of rewarding and create some activities for community Yeah Because it makes it uh loyal and have some interesting stuff For example limited merge or some uh limited NFTs collection or so on And uh yeah uh when you participate in this type of cont camp campaigns you really understand that uh uh you're a part of a big community and have some uniq limited prizes Yeah But this is not about uh just to share tokens Yeah And distribute rewards in USDT or in other tokens Yeah Just for some questions So this makes sense This uh looks like you're trying to buy your audience your community And this uh is not working in a long way Yeah So the main idea is to have some unique and interesting and uh have initiatives like for example Yuzaki creating some campaigns when we creating new products or have some partnerships um listings or some collaborations with other top products Yeah there's always a space for creativity Yeah with some interesting campaigns for community to be active and uh yeah to be active in this space and as well as um it will be really interesting to uh have some new campaigns and new approaches which we can use and which will provide the benefits for our community Yeah this is about the the first part Uh the second part that uh just uh generally yeah we have uh a lot of releases and uh uh campaigns are coming soon Uh yeah that's it Okay Um all right so creativity um I like that answer Um since you are um a leader of a team right you are no longer an individual contributor only Um how do you ensure that your team member um you know can can keep their creativity alive because we are probably living in in a time where you know things going very fast Um especially if you're working in crypto uh as we mentioned before it's 247 Um you just need to be ready anytime um you know you you know you need to be very tactical Um and sometimes it can be um you know the opposite of being creative right because creativity probably takes a bit more time uh instead of you know being pushed to deliver very quickly So how do you ensure or how do you balance between these two uh especially when it comes to managing your team how do you ensure that they still you know being creative basically yeah for sure First of all I want to really thank you to my amazing team Yeah And uh it is a honor for me because all of our guys are really creative initiative and so on So this makes my work a lot of much easier right and um I think um that uh the main idea is to be always in trend Yeah to be a part of crypto industry and u as I told at the beginning ketus is about lifestyle So uh during your free time you are checking some telegram channels and news in the industry Yeah and see on this how we can make something cool in this area How we can share this information with our community to and at the same time to not being banal boring and so on How we can uh like surprise our FM right Um so regarding uh my team uh I think we have uh each of us has the some benefits Yeah And some uh like super powers Yeah So it makes sense by strategic v vision just to u determine each of the uniq possibilities of each team member Yeah And just to divide So uh just to ask our team members to do what they really want to do and uh in this way where they can do their work with the highest quality as possible Yeah And because we are all different Yeah in the team and overall like all people different and they have some some interests Yeah It is most important just to divide uh Yeah what people are more like in their job and so on and uh yeah and finally I'm happy that I should not like uh asking to do what they don't want to do or asking them to work because uh uh each of us are centered on their career on opportunities even and we all really like working in this project because we see its power its potential to growth and so on Yeah Cool So basically divide the work um and then give your team members some um you know some ability to um like express themselves uh or something something like this Uh right um all right I think we have covered pretty much everything Um maybe one last question um just regarding community um like what's our you know general um strategy in growing um our bloom community uh or maybe if there is some you know new plan um in the pipeline when it comes to the community um in the next one month or two months maybe you can share a little bit about this Uh yeah sure So first of all uh our approach is the community to be open to be fair Yeah And try to explain some different things in a simple words right So because uh it's needed to understand that with our audience with more than 90 million of users of our mini app right and with tens of millions uh followers across all our social media There are really different people Yeah So this these can be some newbies to crypto They can be professional traders They can be airdrop hunters or digents Yeah So in this way we need to but uh general approach should be the same Yeah We need to try tell briefly concise and uh share the real alpha the real insights Yeah So uh when you understand that you read the post and you received something useful for you some useful information inside or maybe you show you looked um discovered the link to participate in contest where you can uh win rewards for your trading uh experience and so on Yeah So this is all about volume So we we try to provide much volume less uh and less uh unusful information right and just to make it fun and different as well as uh for example just imagine when you have weekend and uh uh you want to have a rest from your working routine Yeah you're just scrolling your social media just to uh try to find some fun some memes and so on and you see like for example you see the official post like we're adding a new feature This is how it works Yeah this is not suits Uh so in this case yeah we need to adapt and think will it be interesting for us for me itself to watch this publication at the right time Right So this is the main idea and of course about fairness So we are sharing the the our updates as is and we are always open to for any conversation formal conversation in comments or maybe some help with the popular questions for for example latest time we had a lot of questions about upcoming air drops criteria and so on how to succeed Yeah So and u this is all our uh advantages I think and yeah thanks awesome um I think that's for the first segment uh we have covered pretty much um everything about Nick I mean more Okay So we really try to add more fun content and cheat posting We see that [ __ ] postings cheat posts are uh receive more feedback from community Yeah I think the main thing for us because we are startup Yeah we have a lot of things to tell answer explain how it works right and uh we have really like calendar on what we should what we did not share it for now yet and we plan to do it And as I can see during the working u uh working week yeah uh we can't uh share like pretty much posts I mean more than five or six Yeah because we have really high load and and co-arketing posts uh some events and so on And of course our uh like working resource is limited Yeah we are not robots yet So yeah I think we try to add some more fun content on weekend Yeah but thanks for suggestion I think maybe we can add more just fun content on week on a working week as well Okay second question from HB_O_O Um when will the Bloom team be more transparent we only see them on streams like this and guest bloggers Um I mean I hope I I understand the question more Um so actually even offline we were not shy in showing our faces uh like our you know our team um our founders uh me included um we usually are present during um you know conferences uh or side event uh we also even create our own side events so if you guys are interested in you know speaking with us directly uh maybe providing feedbacks asking questions um feel free to do so I mean if you guys are based in you know in a country uh where it happened to have uh a conference in which we are present in I mean feel free to you know reach out to us directly and and speak Uh we never are you know uh shying away from questions Um we're also not an anonymous team so everybody's docsed here Um so I think um we are pretty transparent um to be honest So yeah I don't know Nick if you have uh another answer to this otherwise I'll go to the third question Yeah generally I had some edits and additional thoughts So generally I totally agree with you and uh we are really transparent on the open team as you can see by our bloom chats and by our YouTube channel We always try to invite more people from our team Yeah To meet each other for example our HR lead previously our product manager Yeah And as well as Vladimir as our CO as a usual and regular uh host of Bloom chats So I think yeah and uh you can see also our team on events as we told and uh we create we specially created our Instagram with the new approach called bloom.live where we can share bloom in real life Yeah there will be more photos of our team more bloom presence in real life Yeah So I think we are uh open enough uh and you can check all the team members and void them in real life during chats and other activities Awesome Third question from seed which is uh is there a full-fledged DEX plan um yeah so since its inception we want to create a decentralized trading infrastructure Uh perhaps we can say that the current products that we have the trading bot um the meme path um etc uh is perhaps like a building blocks to you know uh eventually going to be a full-blown tax So yeah the answer is just we're going to have a full-fledged tax uh we're going to have multiple chain in it as well Um and we going to have a multiple different uh different platforms So it will be um on website it will be on separate mobile application Um also we already have you know the telegram media version of of our um our platform So yeah um that's I think just the answer Um fourth question host what is the reasoning behind the choice of the current criteria for TGE um I can provide my answer to this and then maybe Nick you can also um add yours Um I mean basically the minimum criteria that we put um is a mechanism to um you know navigate the civil situation right because the you know we don't want to make it um too easy so that you know um the civil uh will receive the majority of the airdrop Um so with the min minimum criteria that we put hopefully none of the um civil and we are confident none of the civil will uh receive the airdrop So actually we put this minimum criteria to protect the um you know true supporter and true users of bloom um because you don't want to split your allocation with civil right because civil they have you know probably millions of different account um and so if you need to split your allocation to this millions of um you know fake users then your part will be much smaller So you know we've done um hard work um in determining this uh minimum criteria so that there's no um you know civil um is um you know receiving the airdrop Um and then obviously um you know with the meme points uh there as well uh we also want to give um you know additional um you know reward for the users who are also using all of our um products because you know the fact is we do need feedback uh from initial users right and without initial users um you know we we don't know like what can be improved from the from the product itself So we are showing our you know appreciation to the users who have been using um our products um as initial supporters um you know by putting um you know meme points into the criteria Um yeah I think that's my answer Uh Nick do you want to add something or maybe uh yeah we can the next question I want just to add some my vision So first of all I really think that uh u blue is all about trading Yeah we told that we are trying to be the one app for trading on multiple chains to be in telegram to combine dex and sex experience Yeah So in this case yeah uh active users are really supporting and for example for example just trying once to uh interact with uh all the features of the products Yeah to receive good air drop because uh you know during my free time I also participating in some air drops and I saw previous experience like with starknet layer zero I keep seeing yeah and uh all good rewards were for some onchain actions as well and uh yeah but uh from our from our side we provide the choice so if you previously completed proof of activity It doesn't need you to uh hunt for MPs Yeah And try to earn The second one is you really can easily uh finish uh and be eligible for criteria about uh meme coins just by one simple swap of $10 and more And uh for example if you do not support some meme coins you can just simply swap uh your tone to USD USDT or have a general advice for all guys who have dream about this Yeah So first of all yeah check the current open positions on Bloom and uh maybe other uh crypto projects you've been interesting Yeah So first of all you need to determine what is actual Yeah And which positions are open Uh the second thing that uh you should definitely register your account on LinkedIn Yeah and uh try to connect with uh your friends friend of friends and so on because LinkedIn is all about uh business vibe and there are a lot of uh work opportunities and job uh invitations So I found job at Bloom uh on LinkedIn as well as my previous jobs Yeah So make sure your LinkedIn profile should be strong enough and active Yeah And so when you just set your goal to be to join the industry and uh improving your skills Um so I think everything should go fine and um also you can try and start with some uh ambassador activities like at bloom we have our bloomis program So I have my team me team team member Sean and uh he joined our team as and previously he was a bloommy Yeah So it is real So you can get your uh first experience being ambassador of any project including cars So I wish you good luck guys in uh your
